These terms govern your use of P¬P Studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the data and content you upload to the platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use P¬P Studio. You may not use the service to violate applicable laws or to host or train models on content you do not have the right to use.
Your data and your models
You own the datasets you upload and the models you train on P¬P Studio. You grant us only the limited rights we need to run the service on your behalf — storing your data, executing training jobs, generating exports, and providing the user interface. We do not train any P¬P models on your data and we do not use it to improve other customers' results.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Builder, Studio) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
- No models or content that are illegal, infringing, or designed to harm people.
- No abuse of the platform infrastructure (excessive automated calls, attempts to circumvent quotas, etc.).
- No reselling P¬P Studio as your own product without a written agreement.
Service availability
P¬P Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we are still developing the platform. We will make best efforts to keep training, deployment, and export features stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice where reasonable.
