P¬P Studio is a monthly subscription. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until that date, and you are not billed again. We do not pro-rate refunds for the time remaining in a billing period after a self-service cancellation.
Refunds within 7 days
If you upgraded to a paid plan within the last 7 days and you have not yet started a training run or used the Builder/Studio-only export pathways, you can request a full refund of that charge by writing to us through the contact form and we will process it within five business days.
Service issues
If a billing error occurs (you were charged for a plan you canceled, you were double-charged, or you were unable to use the service due to a sustained outage on our side) write to us through the contact form with your account email and approximate date of the issue. We will investigate and refund where the issue is on us.
Annual plans
Annual plans are not yet offered. When they are, this policy will be updated to reflect the longer term.
Account deletion
Deleting your account cancels your subscription automatically. See the Account Settings page for details on what data is removed.
